I had the pleasure of meeting Gretchen in Rishikesh, India while studying Hatha yoga. We trained together and taught each other yoga as well. Gretchen has the unique ability to weave both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga into her teaching. Her background as a gymnast and as a gymnastics coach give her the expertise to guide students into the correct alignments and adjustments. Gretchen's presence exudes happiness; she brings this joy to her practice and teaching and to everyone around her. I would highly recommend Gretchen to anyone looking for a deeper spiritual connection and anyone wanting to deepen their yoga practice or knowledge of yoga.
